Photo Travels
Connemara, Galway, Ireland
A week in Connemara. These are a selection of photographs taken during a week exploring the area. We walked up Diamond Hill in the Bens, went to discover the history of the Marconi Radio site and where Allcock and Brown landed after their 16 hr flight from Newfoundland across the Atlantic in an open cockpit aircraft, explored Kylemore Abbey and the walled garden; among other places. Look through the photographs and then click on the Portfolio as well.
They are mostly record shots and were taken with a Lumix GH3 with the standard lense using Shutter Priority at 30 towards 250 and the ISO set to auto, The White Balance was set to tungsten for the indoor images.
